Program Committee
Committee Purpose or Mission:
The Program Committee will develop, implement, manage, and coordinate programs to educate and engage NRZ members and Hartford citizens about economic development, redevelopment, quality of life issues, leadership, community engagement and empowerment, and municipal government functions. Programming will also promote and enable community involvement in the government process to achieve NRZ and neighborhood goals and objectives. The committee will promote collaboration and partnership in its work.
Type of Committee:
The Program Committee is Advisory in nature.
Activities, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Short and Long range planning for programs to support Hartford’s NRZs
- Provides oversight of HNXT programs
- Makes recommendations to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors regarding HNXT programs
