Ready to Work

Hartford NEXT’s “Ready to Work” project will engage the underemployed and unemployed workforce in Hartford, providing them
with mentorship, training opportunities, career guidance, and job placement. The purpose of this program is to address the needs of under served community members across the spectrum attempting to gain employment. Hartford NEXT will support an end-to-end process from; pre-job readiness skills, completing the application, interviewing skills, basic job readiness skills and hiring for undeserved young men and women of color in the Hartford area.
