All NRZs, parks and highly visible areas are eligible for assistance, plants, soil, containers. To qualify there must be a small group of committed people to maintain the garden. The first couple of months will require twice a week monitoring for water. After the garden is established it will need one or two cleanups in the spring and then a fall clean up.
